When my cat was diagnosed with cancer by another vet, the only option I was given was euthanasia or weekly therapeutic treatments until she declined (at a steep cost). When I began researching other vets in the Seattle area who could perform this treatment more affordably, so many of the clinics I called were wishy washy with pricing, or priced at an insane amount. Canyon Park Vet was completely transparent with me about pricing (incredibly affordable), and carried that transparency through every visit I had with them. “We’ve been going to GLAH for the last 7 years. Every one of the staff from the receptionists to the doctors are so courteous and kind. The vets and vet assistants are so gentle with our pet and spend extra time to talk through everything with us. Every timeI come in I leave wishing these vets could be my (human) primary care doctors because they are so wonderful!! Our dog is always excited to come in to the office and the staff take care to make the environment fun and welcoming for pets. I appreciate that I can also email and call with questions and receive quick answers. I’ve sent many friends with new furry pets to GLAH and will continue to do so.“

“Kathy and Dr. Terry are the two most wonderful people in my dogs life❤️ I cannot recommend them enough! I have referred all my close family and friends to bring their pets here. They are truly understanding, you can always call them for advice if you don’t know if you should bring your pet in. They don’t penny pinch you for unnecessary services. Dr. Terry removed a grass seed from my dogs ear without anesthesia and then gave me money for him remaining so calm! They took care of my friends dog for a full 15 years of life so I made sure they were the ones to take care of my Rusty too once I got a puppy. Thank you all the staff at Animal Surgery & Care Center for the last 6 years, there are not many like caring people like you!“
