**Great experience with water heater replacement! Tom was wonderful. Tom's apprentice Corbin was as courteous as could be. It was the hottest day of the year, mid-high 90s, and no AC. The room they had to work in was miserably hot and they had to work in tight spaces. They were very professional, knowledgeable, hard working and pleasant to be around. Their price was exactly as quoted. Corbin had to crawl under the building to reach the water shutoff and he still remained in good spirits. “Due to an inexpert repair by a non-plumbing contractor several years ago, a leak had developed in the main outflow pipe from my second floor kitchen. The leak was not just behind the dishwasher, but also behind the drywall in back of it, and then out of sight behind the adjacent cabinetry. (Please, people, don't install cabinets in front of pipes!) Simple Plumber was able to diagnose the problem expertly. The offending, and near-unreachable piping was cut off, and replaced with new, accessible pipes to the outflow. Before and after photos attached. The cabinets remain intact, there's no leak behind, and the kitchen sink is useable again. Simple Plumber is the real deal!“
