So I went for a soak off which wasn’t done right and I kept trying to nicely correct the girl and then she pretty much drilled my nail off. So when I got my nails done again by my normal chica needless to say less that a week later I was rushing to get the new set off bc the nail completely gave.On the other hand had I been the person to yank my hand and tell her they need to soak longer than the two minute dips she was doing I would’ve have caused an issue.It’s fine, I’ll continue to soak off at home. If you just let the nails soak for 15 minutes while the bowl in is warm/hot water the acrylic literally peels off. Makes so mad! Stop doing this!

Ive actually been coming here for Quite sometime. Maybe 10 years..I've always had nice friendly service. From waxing to my nails done. I really appreciate how nice the facility is. The owner is super nice and professional.

My daughter, granddaughter and I have been going here for 16 years because of the fantastic service! Everyone's so friendly and accommodating.
