“Aria is friendly, professional, and works quickly. My hybrid full set only took about an hour which is faster than my experience from other salons. Her application process was smooth and I did not experience any discomfort. She does not use any gel pads I believe like other places do and I prefer this because those pads often leak into my eyes occasionally causing some irritation. I don't have any sensitivity issues I'm aware of so I did not experience sensitivity, discomfort, or redness from my appointment.My only suggestion is that if you're a new client, maybe bring some photos or have a good idea of what lash extension look you're going for because Aria is detailed and she will be able to fine tune your lash look to your liking. I made the mistake of not thinking about this before hand so my extensions are longer than what I'm used to. That is not the fault of the artist though. “I was so happy with my appt with Jiayi Ye! She understood exactly what I wanted. She cut it perfect. There is this one part of my hair that everytime after it's cut, it always seems longer and flips out at the bottom. I frequently cut that but myself. I think why can't they cut it even in both sides! She styled and noticed that my hair underneath needs to be pulled tight to get that cut right and she fixed it. She said if someone else cuts my hair tell them they need to pull my hair underneath tight and then cut or I will be frustrated trying to style it when I get home. How many people have cut my hair over my 50+ years and she finally found the issue. That says she knows what she is doing.“
