Words cannot express how happy I am with Universal Mechanical!After 3 frustrating visits from the company that installed my A/C unit, I was referred to Universal Mechanical. They found the leak, replaced my coil and recharged the unit. All is working beautifully.

Universal Mechanical is a quality, well established organization with first class employees and mechanics. We had UMS come out on an Angie's list deal to service our furnace as it was not heating from time to time. Unfortunately it failed once again during the cold front in November this year, They were able to get a technician out the next day. The service technician spent a fee hours trying to diagnose the issue but without it reoccurring he was stumped. The very next day he returned and had remember an issue with another customer where there circuit board failed on just one section which controls the temperature of the blower. Sure enough that part of the board was burnt. He was proactive an already and the part with him we have been up and running ever since.
