Great company, Great people, Brad and Cliff answered all my questions before I started my own Carpet cleaning business as a young adult, The Monsoon and 360i is a great extraction system for the ones looking for a Carpet and Tile cleaning system, I would recommend them to everyone, 10/10.

I've been dealing with these fine folks, and using the Rotovac (both the DHX and the 360) since (at least!) 2008. These truly unique machines are definitely superior to the wand! A truly caring, professional staff - service and sales. Believe me, you will not go wrong.

I have been in business since 1987.When I get excellent customer service, I like to give acknowledge to the folks who deserve it.Last year, I was doing my research on portable water extractors. I chose the Monsoon water extractor and carpet cleaner. It is awesome and I give the machine an excellent grade. I got the unit two weeks ago.Today, I bought another unit called the CFX.I have already started referring them people that I know.Special thanks to Brad and for his hard work and for taking the time to educate me on equipment and procedures of the new equipment.
