Details: I got Chris’s number when I asked a neighbor about the Christmas lights on their house. You could see the care and attention to detail from his work. He was prompt to answer and got me scheduled. Because I called for his help so late in the season, he strung up the existing lights I had and took measurements of my home for custom lights. The following year, I had the best looking house on the block during the holidays.

Fast forward three years of excellent service and I just found out this year that his main work is single family, multi-family and commercial window cleaning. Shame on me for not asking sooner.

Today, Patrick showed up exactly as scheduled to do our windows and he couldn’t be any more pleasant and professional. Of course Chris would find people like this to work with. It’s clearly the culture that he has created.

Chris is so unassuming, that he wouldn’t try to force any service down your throat or try to sell you on something you didn’t ask for. I just wish I had known about window cleaning sooner. Patrick isn’t even finished yet, and the house is already brighter.

“Very happy with Redmond Roofing! They had installed our roof for a previous owner, have always been very responsive and we sprung a small leak during the freeze recently. Bob had me send a quick email to confirm our address and we had a roof tech out the very next day, showed us pictures and took care of things very quickly! Super appreciative of them getting out to our home so quickly during the rainy season.“

“I had Steve out to look at a small leak in our cedar shake roof. He noticed the leak was the result of deterioration of the roof vents as they were over 50 years old. He recommended the other roof vents get replaced at the same time to prevent other leaks. Got a reasonable quote and scheduled the work. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star was due to lack of communication on when their installer was coming to my house. It was a minor issue that later got resolved.“
