    been training with luke for a little over a month. I'm seeing really good results mentally and physically. he really cares about his clients and his workouts are effective! thx dude!

    I initially selected Luke as my coach back in January 2018, he had just received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and was passionate about body mechanics and long-term physical health. Since then he has added a Pre-Physical Therapy Degree. Luke has helped me gain strength, improve my overall balance and mobility and rehab after knee surgery. In all the time he has coached me I do not think he as ever put me through a repeated program, there is something fresh every time and I am always challenged and frequently entertained.
