This eye clinic is the worst, their pricing is outrageous and the service they provide is terrible. They don’t follow through and if they refer they don’t send letters for referrals or help with fitting any expensive glasses purchase from they. They will ask you to travel to Kent to get ur glasses fitted or adjusted as they don’t have someone in their office that does so. I was dumbfounded when told that after spending nearly $500 on a pair of glasses. Never again will I visit or recommend anyone to their office.
Wife and I came here as we moved and it was listed on my VSP vision insurance. They required my medical insurance which they do not consider as a networked provider. They would not allow us to get only an eye exam and the retinal scan we expected to pay for. I requested they just do the eye exam like I have done for 40 years at other VSP vision places which do a very complete exam (peripheral vision, eye ball pressure...) They could not specify for what reason they would bill me a minimum of $350/person which we would have to pay for personally. It was not clear that if a "doctor" looked at our retinal scan I would not owe them $350 each for this "medical assessment"....read full review

I said if I go to my doctor for a routine check up and they recommend I see a specialist I don't pay my checkup doctor an uncharge for advising further medical treatment. They seemed very sketchy . They were very rude. I said you must not want customers and we walked out.
