My first visit today and I was so empresses with the excellent customer service beginning with the check-in to the check-out!Dr. Chung made me feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about my eye condition and provided personable care in his manner of speech in explaining everything. I greatly appreciated his help in selecting my frames. I wasn’t very excited about coming to the realization I needed classes, but after meeting with Dr. Chung , I left feeling like I’ve made the best decision I could have made for the best care of my eyes! First time patient 3/22. Not advanced technology. Dr. Seemed rushed. Recieved my contacts and glasses rx. Reply back for trials was quick. 8 months later, I called for another exam as my eyes have changed and had no response call back. 3 days later, called again and left another message. No reply. I guess I'm going somewhere else....Update:I'm sitting in front of their practice now. I get my massages next door. Their OPEN sign isn't even illuminated.

I am a return client and have always had great service. I walked in and the receptionist wasn’t wearing a mask and said do you have one. No mam I don’t. She got major attitude when I brought up she wasn’t wearing one. Says I was on the phone. That matters why? Then she went on to say it’s only me and the doctor. So which excuse was it only 2 of you in the office or on the phone?
