“We were referred here by my midwife, after our newborn developed a large hematoma on this skull that just refused to resolve. It was a fairly difficult birth, so I was both surprised and grateful when our initial scan showed that baby only needed a few adjustments to be right as rain - my husband and I were terribly nervous about bringing our tiny baby to be adjusted, but Dr.'s Crystal & Jordan put us right at ease, letting us know immediately how gentle the process really is. After only maybe 3 or 4 visits, our sons hematoma resolved - much faster than we'd expected, given it's size.

Our initial visit was like sitting and chatting with a good friend. Dr. Crystal was so thoughtful, down to earth, upfront and friendly. The office is so thoughtfully set up and they lovingly welcome our large family to come and sort through their snacks at each visit. The entire staff is amazing - my day is instantly better when I walk through the door & am greeted with everyone's friendly smiles! We are FAR from the only patients there, this is a very busy practice, and yet, if I make a phone call to reschedule, they know who I am by first names. My kids all love going in for visits, which is great, since our family will all be utilizing their services. These ladies really know their stuff and have a genuine passion for what they do, you'll notice it the second you meet them. Thank you, Looking Glass team!!!“
