“My high- energy puppy and I recently had our first experience with this groomer.My puppy’s coat was a matted mess and Mariah did an excellent job cutting her coat down to a healthy level.Unfortunately, I doubt that I can entrust my dog to them in the future.I think communication with pet owners is not their strong suit…but it’s critical to me. Since this was our first visit, they might have at least given me a reasonable expectation of when I would receive my pet back!No, I cannot tell you how to run your business, but I can choose not to patronize it.Thank you, Mariah, for taking care of my puppy!“

“First appointment of what I hope to be regular visits! Brought my two girls in this morning and they look fantastic. I must say, the friendliness of the staff is top tier. I was a half hour late for my appointment, and the girls were so wonderfully understanding about it. Little did they know, they made all the difference in the rough few days I had been having. Such a simple act of kindness on their part and my whole outlook for the week was changed.<br><br>As for the quality of their work, it can’t be beat. Both my pups came home clean and smelling wonderful, and even my nervous neurotic girl seemed to be unfazed by the whole experience when I picked her up. They definitely followed my recommendation to the T, because if they hadn’t she would’ve been a ball of nerves when I got her back.<br><br>Cannot recommend them enough!“

“Our dog Lucy LOVES Courtney and is always thrilled to be groomed by her. Courtney does such an excellent job with washing her and trimming her nails. We know our pup is in good hands when we take her to see Courtney. Lucy used to get very hyper/anxious at other grooming establishments. With Courtney, she gets to be the sole focus of attention, and there aren't other dogs in the space to make her feel nervous. Best dog groomer in the area!“

“In 2017, I was going through a terrible divorce and preparing for a minor surgery. McDonald's Kennels saved me in a big way. I was worried about my three dogs, and I wasn't even sure how long I might need for recovery. The workers listened to my story and worked to give me peace of mind while the girls were in their care. When I came back to get my girls, the owners met me and refunded everything I had given them. And then chased my car because we left one of my pup's favorite squeaky toys!<br>Truly amazing people with big hearts. I have many tearful smiles in remembrance of such sweet, kindhearted people.
