“This was our first time using AMPM and was the best we had ever had! They were quick to get someone out to our house for repairs the next day (even during some of the hottest weather we have had in a while) even though every other company in the area were setting appointments for two weeks out. Their technician, Jason Knuth showed up on time (got a text with his picture and time of arrival) and after arrival, he went right to work, found the problem and then got it fixed all within an hour, saving us money. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise! Thank you Jason!!! From our first call to their office to the final repairs of our AC, their Customer Service was OUTSTANDING, and we will be using them for all our services in the future! “I have never previously written an online review, but my recent experience with Central Heating makes me feel like I need to. After being away for six months, I arrived home last week to find that my HVAC system would not work. The fan was unmoveable--frozen solid--and since it is a 20+ year old system, I figured that I would probably, however reluctantly ($10000), finally have to replace it. After checking out the top-rated HVAC companies in Vancouver, I decided to go with Central precisely because it is smaller and I would be dealing directly with the owners responsible for the whole business, rather than with some, perhaps less committed, employee. I called Oleg, whose message suggested I might expect a reply within two days, but in the event, he called back within the hour, and we set up an appointment for a couple days later. No crisis, since the temps have been pleasant and mild. Two days later, Vitaly came out, and when I described the problem, he confirmed that, IF I needed a new unit, I would be looking at a total replacement and a 10k bill. But after examining the unit, he suggested that, before we did anything drastic, we could try just replacing the motor and capacitor and see if that did the trick. Two days later, he arrived as scheduled and within an hour, he had replaced the motor and, sure enough, he had the system running fine. Total bill, including labor: $600, which, according to my math, is Way less than $10k. So---responsive, prompt, reliable, with an eye to keeping costs as low as possible. Sounds good to me! Post-pandemic, we have gotten used to overtaxed services, broken supply chains, and much higher prices. It's wonderful to see a business that can still do the job quickly and effectively for a very reasonable cost. Don't be deterred by the fact that they are a smaller company. That proved to be a big advantage. Go with Central. You will not regret it.“

“I noticed my water softener was constantly running. I called United and was told someone would call me back. Aaron called back very quickly. He walked me through putting my system on bypass, which was not an easy task, until someone could come out.

An appointment was scheduled for today. Joey and Jordan showed up. They explained what was wrong with the water softener as well as the cost involved. I actually considered just not using the system anymore but after testing my water and talking to them I decided to go ahead with the repair. There was no pressure on their part and they did a great job of explaining everything. I was even given a suggestion about the best salt type for my system.

Upon doing the repair they could see that an entire piece of the equipment had broken off.
