I've had mixed experiences here in the past however my most recent trip here was beyond bad. I would advise women not to use this walk in clinic for female issues. My experience was traumatizing and dehumanizing as well as humiliating. The triage nurse was trying to do his job when another person came in and informed me she would be doing the next part of my check in at the same time. The issue was of a sensitive nature and it took some courage to go in at all. I have some trauma which I've been open with my doctor about and specifically asked to only deal with women for women's issues. So I am assuming that is in my records. I love the care I get. But here is why low rating. Just to see a Dr I have to wait 2 months. I'm sick now so how does that help me. Im thinking of leaving because of this. I cant plan my illness in advance.
I was bit by dogs and Dr Blackner and I think the nurse was Angelica were amazing. Highly recommend this urgent care and so thankful I had such a good team during a very stressful time.
