He was very communicative, responsive over phone and email, and spelled out every detail and decision we had to make. I really appreciated that attention and care. One other detail I found very impressive was that he called MULTIPLE times to see if we wanted to get the project started early because "his team finished another project early". This just indicates how efficient and effective his team works. And in reality, they were super efficient. There was about a team of 4-8 people who came by (all friendly, professional, etc.) Finished our re-roofing project in total 16 hours over the course of two days. I was SO impressed by how the team even came and tarped our property and put boards up by our windows so that as they hauled out the old material that things wouldn't get damaged. They cleaned up very well - it's almost as if they weren't there at all. They came and left at exactly the times they said they would. I did not have to be super involved in the process. Lastly, when the project was done we noticed one exposed area in our chimney. Aza called immediately and the next day at 8am we got a doorbell ring with the team telling us they fixed the issue.
