“We had recently adopted a dog (Hank) who had extreme separation anxiety. We don't know much about his past, but his behaviors led us to believe he'd been left in crates and small places prior to being abandoned. Initially when we got him and started to leave him alone at home for a few hours, we realized we couldn't crate him so gave him relatively free reign of the house. He peed and pooped, and literally tore up screens, window shades, and door frames as if he was trying to claw is way out of the house. We were feeling pretty desperate when we reaced out to Sensitive Dog, and thankfully, after getting the details of what Hank was experiencing, allowed us to get in quickly to assist with Hank's issues. We had one 2-1/2 hour session with Julie, who was amazing. She showed us a very specific game to play with Hank to help to tire his mind and relax him when we were planning to be away from the house. She also taught us how to desensitize him when we were going to leave, and we are so grateful we found Julie!
It has now been four months since our training session with Hank, and he's doing great! We can now leave him comfortably and know that he doesn't panic when we leave. He now goes to his comfy place on the couch and relaxes until we return. We are so very thankful for the skills Julie taught us to make all our lives more peaceful and comfortable, and we highly recommend Sensitive Dog to anyone who needs help with their beloved doggies!“

“Rainier Dog Resort After subjecting my sweet Sheba, to several bad groomings; we have finally found our place! I went to the opening of Rainier Dog Resort to check them out. It is such a beautiful facility, but more importantly, the staff are knowledgeable, genuine, friendly, and truly care about the animals they care for. I had to get a stool sample done for my dog, which I have never had to do before, but I am so grateful they require this. My dog had Giardia and I had no idea. I got her treated and she finally was able to see the groomer, Sarah. My sweet girl is a rescue, and has had many bad experiences with grooming. From the get-go, I was helped by one of the owners to get her inside where we were greeted by the friendly reception staff. Everything was so clean and smelled so good. They even had bowls with treats and little treat bags for the dogs. I left and Sheba went in to get groomed. 90 minutes later, I got a call letting me know that she was ready for pick up. She came out with a wagging tail and looked beautiful. Sarah did a wonderful job trying to correct what was done at her previous two groomings at Reber Ranch and Petco. They did an excellent job trimming up her pads and nails and did not leave her bleeding and in pain. Sarah also tidied up her nether regions. I am so glad I brought Sheba here. The owners Kelli and Sam are wonderful, knowledgeable and super friendly. They have opened up the ultimate Dog Resort and spa and the pricing is reasonable. I like the fact that they do their very best to keep the animals safe and not spreading disease by ensuring that the pets they take in are properly vaccinated and checked for parasites. I know this was a long review, but I just cannot say enough good things about Rainier Dog Resort and the Staff. I am so grateful to have found this place. We will be back :-)“

“My amazing experience with Centennial Kennels began the minute I called to make an appointment with the groomer. She was so very friendly and scheduled my appointment quickly. My great experience continued when I arrived - as I was greeted immediately when I parked and was directed where I needed to go by a friendly employee. However, what really stands out for me was how fantastic the groomer Madison was with my very anxious and nervous dog. She was kind and gentle and made the experience for my Penny less stressful. “Cierra and Kyle were lifesavers for our chaotic, high energy and active dog. We had done so many types of dog training programs before this one, and are still in awe at how much this program changed our lives. Both trainers were kind, flexible and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. We felt so heard, and like our concerns were made into action plans with clear steps. We did the 8- week program with 1 hour per week lessons, and did 1 hour of training on our own each day outside of that. They were so motivated and confident we could work on all the things- jumping, reactivity, and prey drive. “Phenomenal pet service. I’ve used this service for several years now. It’s dependable, timely, caring, and the owner is an excellent communicator. It is nice having someone you don’t ever have to worry about in your home. My pup gets regular walks, has stayed at her home while I’ve traveled, and she’s helped me out at times of crisis. In fact my pup had a seizure and I was SO glad it was while in Elizabeth’s care as she knew exactly what to do. FABULOUS person to boot!“

“I've boarded my cat here a handful of times now - I wouldn't pick anywhere else for my baby to stay. Anna really cares for the cats and the suites are clean, cozy, and a great size. They also have an Instagram page that they keep regular updates on so you can check on your kitty while you are away! There have been times at other places for shorter durations of stay where my cat had not been the same for a few days after coming home. At the Cheshire Inn, I felt like my cat didn't want to leave! I was very happy to see my cat healthy and happy when he returned home. I highly recommend this place.“
