Everyone was kind and patient with my ancient cat, even when she was … not nice. I am pretty sure she would have lost her eye to a bad infection if not for Dr Bruce. She would have made a fine pirate kitty, but luckily neither of us has to resort to a life of piracy because the cost to keep her healthy was very reasonable- thanks, crossroads vet team!

My pets have been coming to this clinic for 8 years or so and we've been very happy. We've brought our cats and pet rats here, and they've all had generally good experiences aside from a few blips. I'll list some overall pros and cons below for anybody looking for a new vet:PROS:-Dr. Bruce is knowledgeable and experienced with an array of different animals. For both minor and major issues with cats and exotic animals, we've been happy with his care of our pets.-The clinic is always clean, including the waiting area, appointment rooms, reception area and bathroom.-The pricing is better than many other vets in the area. Good vet and everything but mis diagnosis and continued ear problems for my dog leads me to believe they just want you to keep coming back. Dr. Used an unknown potion in ears which didn't fix our dogs ear infection. Turns out to be ear mites which is evident by the tar like discharge. Probably won't go to this one again. Waste of time and money and never resolved the issue. Bought the ear drops over the counter and dogs ear problems are gone.
