Their PT programs allowed me to recover at my pace, while physically pushing me farther and in ways I could not have done on my own. “I started going to 9Round twice a week about two months ago. The changes started happening after the first session! Not only I am burning calories faster than before (even on non-exercise days), I also feel overall lighter, younger. I love the effort and dedication all the trainers have while they teach us. They project energy, encouragement, they push you to your limit while making sure that you are monitored and do not overdo it. During the 30-minute time I give it all that I have and leave the gym feeling energized! “I just had an ashiatsu massage with Heidi, it was absolutely one of the best massages I have ever had. Ask anyone, I have issues with "feet" but this was amazing. It is deeper than a regular massage and it is a much slower pace. Would I do it again, 100%, YES.“

“I have been seeing Cheree at Pilates Edmonds for over 12 years. When my wife first suggested I try pilates I thought it was going to be easy and a waste of time. I was wrong. Some workouts are very difficult-especially when learning how to do the exercises properly and isolating the muscles we are targeting. I wish I had training like this when I first started in sports as a young kid. I have finally learned a lot of proper techniques for stretching, building core strength (yeah, we think we have it as young athletes but do not) and most importantly for me dealing with injuries and their aftermath. Both sports and my career have lead to injuries resulting in developing ways to compensate and work around these injuries. Cheree has taught me ways to overcome these injuries both old and new. She helps me to not only continue in the sports I love but to regain some of the strength and abilities I thought I had aged out of. I view my time with Cheree as not only some of the best strength training I have ever had but also some of the best physical therapy. Without Cheree I would not be able to enjoy life and sports the way I do today.“

Jenny actively listens when I'm describing the problem areas I want to work on, and administers very effective treatment. I appreciate that she focuses on the specific problem areas and doesn't fuss around with spots that aren't contributing the issue. She's also a genuinely fun person to be around, and her positivity and humor is a joy to be around. I highly recommend Jenny and the rest of her team for any recovery needs!“
“Joined LA Fitness in Everett branch yesterday. Ryan is very friendly and showed, explained all gym facilities, guided on improving my routine, nutrition etc. He then gave a sample session with right workouts to help losing body fat & improving my posture as mostly my work demands a sitting position and causing soreness in joints.“
“First of all, the gym itself is amazing. It's huge with plenty of equipment (treadmills, stairclimbers, fake grass area for various training, class area, cardio bike room, free weight area, etc), and it's clean. I came to visit Lynnwood from Los Angeles, and I have to say that the LA Fitnesses in WA are better than the ones in LA ironically enough. I came and inquired about a week pass and Jesus was gracious enough to hook me up for free. That was such a kind gesture and a testament to their great customer service. Also, people in Lynnwood are pretty nice compared to LA people. Also, it's something people in Lynnwood probably take for granted but having free parking is so nice. In LA, you're often having to pay for parking. Anyways, in conclusion, this gym is great and so is their staff.“
“Been a regular at mill creek for 10 years. Good value for the money. However the Tuesday and Thursday spinning class is so loud that it can be heard in every corner. I have asked the leader to close the door or turn down the volume and was told to talk to the front desk. I did no relief. This has been going on for months. Other members wince at the noise.“
“Awesome place to work out. Was in Washington for a few months and just need a local gym to do my own stuff. If you need a trainer to help you out or just a place to show up and do your own workouts I don't think you'll find any places better than this tbh“
