“We have been using Home Instead in-home care for our mother for about the past year and a half, and I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service they provide. The caregivers have consistently shown kindness, patience, respect, compassion, and professionalism. They really care for our mother and provide her with wonderful personal care and companionship, assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, bathing, and even going for walks and outings. Day or night her response is immediate responsiveness, whether it's to answer a quick question, address an emergency, or accommodate a schedule change. Karissa's ability to consult with us and find solutions while keeping the bigger picture and costs in mind is truly remarkable. We know she is Juggling many families including her own but we wish we could clone her! We highly recommend Home Instead and are truly grateful for their support.“

Then when my mom suddenly required overnight care, they quickly found someone very qualified to provide that service. “My mom was placed here last year and I cannot say anything more positive. They made the process easy and understandable. She is being cared for tremendously. I was nervous in placing her in a home, she has always been an independent and strong willed woman so she was anxious too.Olympic View is operated by an RN that is actually ON-SITE. I noticed other facilities say they have an "on call" RN but Olympic View actually is operated by one. Coming from a medical profession myself, they are clean and have a great structure where they focus on individual medical needs with the close Care and quality of being in a home, not facility. One of the Care managers is actually a dental hygienist too so I know mom is being Care for head to toe!I wouldn't have mom in another place.“

My parents were not happy about having to move out of their home but once they arrived here, they both felt so blessed and cared for that their concerns about changing their living situation vanished. “I will highly recommend Bothell Health Care for rehab from a mini-stroke (TIA). My wife received exceptional care, Physical and Occupational Therapies, and activities. The gym is well equipped and the staff top notch. Seven days a week she received PT and OT. After 40 days, she was able to return home. We would have preferred a longer stay, after winning 3 appeals, but we lost our 4th with the insurance company. The nursing staff is wonderful and caring.“

“I was referred to EvergreenHealth Home Care for hospice care for my loved one. Contacting them was an easy process and they made all the arrangements within 2 days after learning of the urgency. The social worker came to assess the situation, went over the binder with all the information and contacts, and gave me the support I needed. The bed and all other equipment were delivered on a Wednesday after calling them Tuesday morning. Nurse Venus came over on Wednesday evening to familiarize me with the process - from medication to adjusting the bed, changing diapers, etc. She was very respectful and showed a lot of compassion, understanding and patience. I was a wreck and she walked me through what to expect and gave me all the contact numbers I may need. My loved one was only in hospice care for a day, but the care and compassion shown to me by nurse Venus and the staff at the office helped me through this most difficult time. Months after my loved one passed, they continue to send me materials on grief along with their program schedule for counseling. I highly recommend EvergreenHealth Home Care.“

“Bob B. I needed guidance when trying to activate my new ResMed II CPAP machine for the first time, so I contacted the Lincare Office in Florida. It seems I was given inaccurate information and experienced some problems, however, when I did a followup and got in contact with Celes at the Lincare Mukilteo Branch in Washington, she turned night into day, and I could finally breathe a sigh of relief. My rescuer was Celes who was courteous, friendly, and very efficient in solving my problem, and to that, I say "thank you very much for making my day". Thanks for being the light in the darkness.
