Home Instead

We used Home Instead for the last year of Mom's life. For most of that time, it was for a couple of afternoons a week for companionship and help with errands, simple housekeeping, etc. For the last couple of months, we had to add extended care.Through every stage, Home Instead was amazing! They contracted the same person to be mom's main caregiver through it all.Every member of the team--office staff, book-keeping, care-giving--were extremely understanding, sensitive, helpful, and supportive in every way. In many ways, they seemed like extended family to us.I could not recommend them highly enough. You and your loved one will be in the best hands with Home Instead (Everett).

I don't know how other families can provide the excellent care that our Mother gets. It sure takes a lot of resources. We feel very lucky to have found Home Instead. Please let your staff know how happy we are, especially with the administrative staff. I really click with them as well as with the caregivers. I feel confident whenever I need to contact the office, our wishes will be carried out, or a compromise is met. We have been with Home Instead for 9 months. Everyone in our family and everyone that cares for our Mom work together very well. We all have to make changes as time marches on for our aging parent. Thank you for helping us on this journey.

Home Instead is a great place to work. I have had lots of experience in the medical field and have had multiple supervisors during that time so I have a lot to compare with. The support I receive and the effectiveness of the leadership is really good and I greatly appreciate the staff.
