“I had a fantastic experience here at Quality Care this Summer. I went from a fairly useless arm that was impacting my ability to work, back to fully functioning within a few weeks. They did a very thorough assessment the first session, taking lots of measurements to determine the exact extent of my lack of mobility. For treatment, they used a combination of massage, exercises, and electrical stimulation to get my arm moving and nerves calmed down. They finished each session with a really interesting cold therapy compression treatment called "Game Ready" that helped me leave feeling much less sore. Over the course of the treatment I think I saw almost every therapist there, they are all excellent! The front desk staff is also very friendly, helpful, and detail oriented. They sent me an email with my appointment schedule, and also sent a 24 hour text reminder before each appointment as well, which was helpful. I will definitely see them again for any future PT needs.“

“I had a fantastic experience at Capstone Physical Therapy after a bimalleolar ankle fracture. CJ and Alex did an amazing job tailoring a recovery plan to meet my goals. In less than 4 months of doing PT, I was able to return to sports.
