What I appreciate about MPT is not just its easy accessibility from my house, but also their customer service. It's the little things - like actually returning my calls - that make me feel valued as a client. This gives me confidence that they genuinely care.Additionally, having a text message reminder for my appointments is helpful. My sessions with my OT are a lifeline, and I wouldn't want to miss them.
