“I had such a great experience here as a first time coming for a regular checkup. All the staff are wonderful including Dr Guidry.

I moved around a lot before reaching the best state in the union and I been to a few vets, but something feels different at this place in a good way. Maybe it's the little dog peeing area in the lot complete with a fire extinguisher. Idk but I loved that . All the staff were so patient with me and explained everything. What a great group of people and I feel definitely I found the best vet place for my doge!“

“Absolutely love PAWsitiveTailz. They provided care for my pup from 5 months to 11 months and it was instrumental in my dog having a great relationship with new dogs and people. They have the best communication sending daily pictures and updates. Hendrix always came home so happy and burned out from his time with the other doggos at the daycare. He could tell when it was Tuesday and he would get so excited to go do his puppy Tuesday visit. We also used PAWsitive tails for boarding where he received the best care possible. It felt like he was going to his second home every time we dropped him off. LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR PET CARE NEEDS! ?“

“Great place to take your fur babies! Amazing customer service not only for me but for my dog. Unfortunately, my sweet dog Lola was matted, the staff here took amazing care of her, reassured me and the owner called me walked me through what aftercare she needed even before we picked her up . They followed up with me a few days later to check on how she was doing, I've never ever had a groomers do that for us. If there were more stars I would add a ton more.“

“My groomer was amazing however I couldn’t help but notice a groomer by the name of Tim, he looked far from a patient person and he needed assistance from another groomer because he did not know how to deal with the dog he was grooming. It was unfortunate because groomers need to be patient and caring, in that he was not. I hope he doesn’t groom anyone’s dog because if that was my dog a review would be the least of what I’d do.“

“I have a 20 yo kitty whose claws are thick and were unfortunately too long when I attempted to trim them. I emailed Alex the Cat Groomer that evening and by 530a the next morning he was able to fit me in at 1p that day. Here I was thinking her claws were so thick and long that she might need light sedation in order to trim, when in fact it took all but 3 minutes for the wonderful worker to cut both front and back claws (I was even showed how to cut them properly so that I can do it at home!). Talk about wonderful service. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process for my senior kitty! It's a good thing when the worst of the entire trip was the 20 minute car ride to and from. Thanks Alex the Cat Groomer!“

“Kenmore Vet Hospital and Dr. Julia Mulvaney are amazing!!! They treat us and our animals with such care, taking time to address each one’s needs (we have 4 cats). They have a gentle and informative approach, suggesting behavioral/household changes before resorting to prescribing your pets with medicine. Dr. Mulvaney knew right away that one of our cats had a urinary crystal issue based off his behavior and pain, and sure enough days later we had to take him to the ER for a urinary blockage. They are highly knowledgeable and have fantastic recommendations for how to optimize your pets life and keep them healthy and happy as long as possible. Millie at the front desk / vet tech is also so helpful and professional and great with the animals. Everyone has a gentle approach with animals and a great bedside manner. Facility is very clean and easy to access/locate. I won’t take my 4 boys anywhere else!“

BF is a huge supporter of Seattle Dogs Homeless Program and the reason we are able to offer boarding for people with pets living thru homelessness seeking drug/alcohol tx or wanting to start work. “Pet Parlor is my preferred grooming spot for my mini goldendoodle. I used to take him to an alternative spot, but they charged nearly double for the same service. I feel like they really take care to know what you are expecting out of the groom. I reduced by one star because the last two times I’ve dropped him off, they didn’t call me when he was finished and I had to call in at the 3-hour mark to check if he was done. Regardless, he always comes back looking fresh and smelling clean. My favorite is when they give his tail a little lion puff at the end! Attached a before and after photo of his groom.“

“Super gracious and helpful. We had a horrible night and terrible experience with another vet earlier in the evening. We had to let our girl go, they were so compassionate and caring with us and her. Highly recommend. They will be our first stop next time for small pet emergencies.“
