Dr. Canaway took the time to thoroughly examine her and discovered it might actually be a neurological injury. We’re now seeing a specialist. I’m so grateful, not only for the care they gave my pup, but for truly listening when I said the medication wasn’t helping.“

“Started here a little over a year ago when I got my rescue pup. We've gotten her multiple vaccinations, help with her seasonal allergies, and other non-emergency (??) issues so far. My pup hates having people touch her, not just at the vet, and can get very anxious in different situations but they've been super accommodating and very considerate of her. There's been a couple times where she's been super itchy and they've been able to slot us in very quickly with a vet tech for a Cytopoint shot to get her relief. The one time they couldn't fit us in for an issue on very short notice before a vacation, they recommended an urgent care nearby that was also very good.

At this point we've seen a few different vets and a few different vet techs here. All were really great, listened to my concerns, gave great advice with multiple options, accommodated her quirks, and treated her very well. The front desk staff are all super kind and very helpful. They really went above and beyond for my old, blind cat, accommodating her extra needs with genuine care, patience, and kindness.
