Although our sweet cat had a poor prognosis when we took him in last night, the staff was incredibly empathetic, compassionate and kind, especially when we had to make the difficult decision to let him go. I also had a visit a few weeks ago with another animal, and Taylor was absolutely incredible. She explained everything in great detail, and was very sweet and gentle when I became emotional. My family and I are truly so grateful for the entire team.
We visited Blue Pearl on an oncology referral from our Veterinarian. The staff was great, friendly, explained everything in detail, asked if we had questions. The oncologist was phenomenal, he spent over an hour with us explaining the why/what/next steps. Even though we were there b/c our senior dog has cancer, the visit was very informative & we left assured we were doing the right testing and actions to give our girl the best quality of life. (We did all the testing recommended in order to see if the cancer had spread and how invasive it was, we will end up doing surgery to remove the mass as the testing results & oncology explanation suggested).
We are so grateful for BluePearl Pet Hospital! When our dog needed emergency care Monday night, we didn’t know where to go and found the closest place to home. Thank goodness we ended up at BluePearl! Not only did they take amazing care of my dog, they also helped me understand the process and made a very stressful situation way easier. We are so grateful for BluePearl and everyone who works there!!
