“I've used Parker Bros to replace a gas furnace and AC unit at my rental house in Jan 2023. It was running well until the renters used the AC in May 2023 during the heat wave which made the unit shut off. I contacted Gary, the owner immediately and he sent a service guy out the next day. It worked temporarily but shut down again on a Sunday, Mother's Day when the weather was hot. He sent the tech guy out again that same day. I was so impressed by his responsiveness and willingness to come out even on Mother's Day to make sure my renter's didn't suffer. He really stands by his work and it shows. Since then, I've used him for electrical work and installing mini splits at my daughter's house.
