They turned what could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience into a smooth and respectful process. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. They are a shining example of excellence in their field, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need.“
“The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. The time taken to walk through and explain all the little things was greatly appreciated.“
“Use this Funeral Home. Natalie was exceptional. She took care of us all, even the little ones we all had in tow. Respectful, grandkids got to send Papa with their gifts prior to his cremation. She was so respectful, professional, explanatory of everything. Prices are great for cremation.“
“My son and I had already had a long day of walking and planned on going straight home. But then we realized how close Arlington Cemetery was so we decided to make a quick stop. We had no idea what we were getting into. There is a very nice museum area right when you walk in. There's lots to read if that's something you enjoy. Then off to your right you can either just walk into the cemetery by foot or take a tram. I went up to the desk and asked the lady if we would benefit from taking the tram. She told me it was over a mile walk, up hill to get to The Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers. That's all I needed to hear. We had just spent 4 straight hours walking. We took the tram. It didn't hurt that there was a military discount. So there are two ways you can utilize the tram. First you could just ride it from start to finish and I was told that takes between 35-45 minutes. Or you can get off at stops. There are 3 stops. Just beware, and they'll say it on the ride, that once you get off, you will have to wait about 30 minutes at each stop before the next one comes around to pick you up. At first we were just going to do the loop. But as the guide started talking about each stop we both wanted to stop. So our quick trip turned into several hours. I honestly had no intention of taking my almost 14 year old there. I really didn't think he would care too much. But I think he enjoyed it more than I did. He even wants to go back. So I would say that if you're on the fence, just go and see what happens. But eat before you get there. No food is allowed and there aren't any restaurants or vendors anywhere basically beyond the Lincoln Memorial. So make sure you don't go hungry like we did.“
“While grieving the loss of our beautiful sister Sophia, her wonderful husband Billy and their lovely baby girl melody we couldn’t be more grateful for choosing evergreen funeral home and cemetery. They were very kind, compassionate, professional and very helpful in this difficult time. This was a first for us and we will be forever grateful for such a wonderful team for going above and beyond in assisting us with all of the arrangements. May you all be forever blessed.“
“I had a very unique small engraved granite coasters that I wanted made. Most other companies turned me away because of how small the order was relative to what they usually do. I got in touch with Paul from Pacific Coast Memorials and they were more than happy to help me out. They had very unique ideas on how to make our design fit on to the small coasters. They turned out even better than I could have hoped for! The granite was perfectly polished and engraved to perfection. They also had the finished product delivered to me 6 weeks before their original delivery date. Working with Pacific Coast Memorials was a great experience.“
“Kari Guerrero was very awesome to work with. She was very helpful in helping me with finding and planning services for my sister in advance. I highly recommend them. We have 4 family members buried at Cypress Lawn Cemetery. Thank you Kari“
“My family and I were pleased that the new ownership hadn't changed the Bauer's commitment to the grieving families in our community. The experience was as good as can be expected considering the service offered. I felt like I left my husband in good hands.“
“I come to see my grandma and cousin every week
For the past 3 weeks, I have noticed that several headstones were knocked out of position after the lawn was mowed. The headstones were not corrected. I fixed 4 headstones. The following week I noticed 3 more headstones being hit. I appreciate all the lawn maintenance but not repositioning the headstones is disrespectful to family and loved ones.“
“Unfortunately this is the second time in five years we have used the services of Funeral Alternatives of Snohomish County. Five years ago my wife's son passed from his diabetes. It was nearly a week before he was found. You could only imagine, bu teverything was taken care of with the utmost dignity for Ryn and compassion for the family. Now five years late my beautiful wife has passed. Once again their services were outstanding. Julie is the kindest, most compassionate caring person you'll ever work with. I highly recommend their services through difficult times.“
