In my opinion, the staff here truly cares for the families they serve. No one is perfect obviously. We all have good and bad days. However, they do care and the good days far outweigh the bad. Great people and service. I would highly recommend using their services and would even recommend it as a place of employment! If you're reading this because you lost a love one, I'm sorry so for your loss!“

“My family and I worked with Melanie to purchase a headstone for my grandparents. Melanie evidently has experience working with the Asian population, understanding that pictures speak a thousand words and displaying the most popular styles for my traditional Chinese family. My grandmother and uncle used a lot of time deliberating between every little detail of the headstone; it honestly took quite some time. Melanie was incredibly patient and did not rush the process. She gave everyone adequate time to make their final decision and was transparent about what was / wasn't included. Working with Melanie was very pleasant. A minor complaint was that I had to leave multiple messages in order to reach Melanie so I'm not sure if my messages were ever relayed. In the end, I had to reach out a fifth time before I finally spoke with Melanie. I'm sure they are always incredibly busy and do not fault them for this at all - it's just a mere FYI for anyone trying to contact them. Overall, I really enjoyed the process with Mount Pleasant.“

“Full transparency, I worked for this company for over fifteen years. However, not this specific location. I left the company a year ago. Okay so, having said that, the staff here have always been wonderful and the facility and cemetery are top notch. The staff here truly care about the families they serve. I mean that. Are the perfect? Is anyone perfect?... The answer is no, right? However, having been behind the scenes, they regularly go above and beyond at Forest Lawn for the families they serve. In my opinion, they do all of that because the ultimate compliment of seeing the families they serve get the closure they need, is far above the adulation of others or even more mundane incentives like wages. What I'm trying to say is, the staff at forest lawn care! Thanks for what you do! Highly recommended!“
