In addition, they added to a patio we had in the back yard, and a new walkway in front of the house. The contractor suggested using compressed fiber cement (Hardie) which closely resembles my original siding. The new material looks nearly identical to the original, and this alternative saved me a significant amount of money. The project took about a week to complete, and they also handled the painting.
