We worked with Melek and his team to do a complete renovation of a dated 1970s condo in Fremont. Loved working with Melek from design to completion, relying heavily on his guidance and recommendations to incorporate practical, quality, modern and timeless updates to create a beautiful income property. Especially appreciated his can-do attitude and problem-solving ability. Very happy with the outcome and will look to Property Doctors first for any future projects. We hired Property Doctors for an addition to our house. Melek and his crew and subs are an excellent team. He works very hard to understand the project, manage the work and execute. The quality of the work was excellent, and the most important part of the relationship was how Property Doctors did the work, OWNED the project and communicated with me.
