A Advanced Carpet Cleaning sets the bar high as far as carpet cleaning and all the other services it provides. We had not cleaned our living / dining room carpet in more than a decade and knew it was time to have it professionally cleaned having had dogs, kids etc. Plus the carpet had ripples and needed to be stretched. Alex B was extremely professional and did a brilliant job in reattaching carpet to the floor tiles. He showed up on time, made a run to the store to buy items needed for repair, fixed the issue and cleaned up after work was completed. Highly recommend Alex and his work.
Alex is friendly yet professional, and his prices are very reasonable. We had a stair landing and two stairs saturated in cat urine from the previous tenant’s pet. We took the carpet from the walk-in closet in master bedroom to match the urine stained carpet that he disposed of. He removed that and installed new carpet, took the matching carpet downstairs, removed the soiled carpet, sealed the plywood underlay, put on new tack strips and padding and steam clean all the stairs in 1.5 hours.
