Had our whole house carpets & upholstery done a couple months ago & there were some super tough stains from the prev owners. Brian & his crew were very timely, both in response & cleaning, super professional & they did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price!! Will be using again soon! We've moved & had carpets cleaned a lot over the years, & own 2 mastiffs (that are all over our furniture along w/ their drool). Definitive Difference & Brian is top notch. Brian was great! Quick and efficient. Love that the price is reasonable and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I really needed help with pet stains and Brian did it all. My house smells so fresh and clean.

Great job! Really saw the difference. Easy to work with. Will use again. They lifted so many stains. And the carpets didn't take long to dry. Great service at affordable prices.
