“These guys are fantastic, I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. We had a pipe leak in a bathroom wall which caused all kinds of damage to our floors, walls, and crawl space. We contacted Chaz and Jeannette after both the contractor and flood mitigation companies recommended by our insurance company dropped the ball. Titaan came in and fixed the mess left by those companies and the pipe leak. They refloored our entire bottom level, remodeled the bathroom, had custom stair treads made, and stayed in touch with our insurance company. Most importantly, they finished the job before our Christmas Eve party. I almost wish we could have another pipe leak so we could have them back to remodel another bathroom. Seriously, they do great work. At the very least, call them out for an estimate. They have excellent communication as well, we knew what was happening at every phase of the project.“

“ARDS is incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We hired them to restore our bathroom floor and walls after a portion of our bathroom was damaged from a leak. We asked them to match the existing floor tiles and paint colors so we wouldn't have to rip up the entire bathroom, and they accomplished this seamlessly. They produced high-quality work and were incredibly helpful in communicating to our insurance claims adjustor and our mold remediation company. They were also very flexible and understanding when our mold remediation company failed to dry out our bathroom enough for ARDS to start their work. ARDS called the mold remediation company to explain the situation and then rescheduled to come back out once the bathroom was completely dry.“
