Hector did several waterproof decks for me plus a patio. It was a difficult project, custom work, in Clyde Hill. Hector's crew did a great job and I'd highly recommend them. Hector was very honest and straightforward the whole way.

We had a bit of an emergency with a water leak into our garage which ended up being due to a deck problem. Contacted Hector and he was out quickly and work started immediately to stop the water leak. Deck problems were corrected and the Nice View crew came out and finished the waterproofing. Unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperating to do the final sealant but Hector was out today with several of his men and they finished everything up including cleaning and touch ups. Deck looks fantastic and I recommend Hector and Nice View wholeheartedly! Great job - thanks guys!

Hector and his team gave us a very reasonable bid on the replacement of the deck on the upper level on the front of our house. The deck was very old and definitely needed to be updated with a waterproof deck finish. This group showed up, framed a plastic tent to protect the deck from the elements and WENT TO IT! They tore the old decking and railing off, reinforced the floor system, and came to work every day and put in long, hard days. They were friendly, very considerate of our need to walk around the project, kept us updated about the progress, and their workmanship was EXCELLENT!
