“They came out same day, mid afternoon and worked outside near the septic system. Also, through previous homeowners and during the previous inspection an access lid was covered with part of the deck so part of the deck had to be cut out. They found the issue (blockage) at one of the baffles and we were good to go. Very professional and informed us of each and every step they were going to take before taking it. Highly recommended and reasonable price for same day service, as well as many extra steps they took.“

“I encountered a sewage backup situation shortly after midnight and was fortunate that Roto-Rooter could send experienced technicians Ray and Marcel to help me right away early the next morning. Both were professional and explained everything very clearly. Ray was able to inspect our sump pump and snake a drainage line and resolve the issue immediately. “We just had a dual-fuel system installed (Bosch IDS Light inverter + 96% furnace) and I couldn’t be happier with Even Flo. Angela Puerschner (president/point of contact) ran the project like a pro—clear options, no pushy upsells, transparent pricing, and fast, friendly communication. She handled financing, permits, inspections, and even sent all the paperwork I care about (AHRI certificate, paid invoice, warranty registrations, labor warranty terms) without me having to chase anything.

Alan, the lead tech, is the kind of subject-matter expert you hope shows up at your house. He measured static pressure, set airflow right for our ducts, dialed in the dual-fuel lockout, and walked me through what he tested. When a furnace part arrived DOA (it happens), they owned it, kept me updated, and made it right quickly. The crew was respectful of the home, cleaned up, and left a proper commissioning sheet with numbers that actually mean something.
