“I had such a great experience here as a first time coming for a regular checkup. All the staff are wonderful including Dr Guidry.

I moved around a lot before reaching the best state in the union and I been to a few vets, but something feels different at this place in a good way. Maybe it's the little dog peeing area in the lot complete with a fire extinguisher. Idk but I loved that . All the staff were so patient with me and explained everything. What a great group of people and I feel definitely I found the best vet place for my doge!“

“Lovely trainers, nice set up. There were five people in my agility class so we only got to practice twice for 5-10 minutes each time, which is my only complaint but I guess it’s a group class after all. They also conducted a temperament test on my dog, which went well. They were a bit slow to respond after. Positive training methods. Knowledgeable employees.“

“Went to obedience classes here. Some instructors are great but some others leave figuring out things on your own, feeling not enough guidance.“

“Our dog Cabbage attended board and train for a week and the experience was overwhelmingly positive for both her and us. We met with Christine ahead of time so she could get to know Cabbage and understand some of our main training goals. The week we were gone Christine worked with Cabbage every day using positive reinforcement techniques only. She gave us daily updates on what they worked on and she also sent us videos as well so we could better understand the process. I am pleased to say Cabbage came home a very happy girl and has definitely shown signs of improvement on some of the key areas of focus. I highly recommend this program, the dogs are treated with so much care and respect and Christine is communicative and trustworthy.“

“Debbie is the best! She takes amazing care of our dog. She provides such a loving and safe atmosphere for all the dogs. We do not worry about our dog at all when he is with Debbie. She has a very fun instagram account so you can see your pup on a regular basis when you are out of town. It’s an understatement to say that I highly recommend her.“

“Our lively dog attended daycare 2x/week for 4 years followed by 1x/week for 2 years. She thrived with the individual attention from the caretakers and the small group environment. We appreciated the love and attention she received and are grateful that DDO takes such care in the people they hire. She was always excited to go to DDO. We tried other doggy daycares that were closer to our home when she was younger as a matter of convenience, but they weren't a good fit for many reasons. DDO was worth the drive across town. “They came through for us again today. Worked our pup into the schedule last minute due to an abscess. There were two other emergencies that day that I witnessed and they did all they could to help their clients in need and their clients with appointments. Great care for clients and patients even when their day goes sideways.“

“Hailey and the front office staff are excellent! North Creek Pet Hospital offers free drinks and snacks for their customers which I tool advantage of. I give the veterinarians an A+ as well! I've taken my cats here for annual checkups, shots, neutering, etc. And have always had a positive experience. 5 stars from me!“

“I have a 20 yo kitty whose claws are thick and were unfortunately too long when I attempted to trim them. I emailed Alex the Cat Groomer that evening and by 530a the next morning he was able to fit me in at 1p that day. Here I was thinking her claws were so thick and long that she might need light sedation in order to trim, when in fact it took all but 3 minutes for the wonderful worker to cut both front and back claws (I was even showed how to cut them properly so that I can do it at home!). Talk about wonderful service. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process for my senior kitty! It's a good thing when the worst of the entire trip was the 20 minute car ride to and from. “CBEAM has always been very kind, informative, and not pressured for unnecessary procedures and taken very good of my bunny. They are clearly experts in exotic pets and have everything need for advanced surgery procedures, neuter, spay, at fair prices and are great at communication. Highly recommend as a rabbit pet owner. You must find a veterinarian like CBEAM, not a normal dog/cat animal hospital.“
