“So, I had a bee issue in my front yard. My first call was to surefire (I had used them before), but they weren't available. Their message said they were short staffed & to text them my info. After a couple of hours, i called around. I wasn't happy with the (put your credit card on file & we'll charge it when we're done). The next day, Surefire texted back & apologized for being out of town. I quickly canceled my other appointment & had them come out. Drew was so excited to see the bees in my yard. Almost like an excited little boy. It's obvious he's fascinated with bees! Even though he didn't find a nest, I wasn't charged. Unbelievable!! Even their prices were a lot lower than the competitions. They were professional, kind & well worth the call. Tops in my book & top of my phone contacts!“
