Had a dental cleaning and wellness visit. As usual, staff and doctor are great. We are happy to be patients here. They do a thorough job of explaining everything and clinic is well maintained.?

I first arrived to Lynnwood about 7 years ago, and was unsure of where to take my two chihuahuas, I unexpectedly stumbled upon Northpointe Animal Hospital, and I've been with them ever since, while there have been some structural changes to the Northpointe team, the level of service and care they have for my chihuahuas has never changed, I always feel comfortable with services and treatments recommended by their team, and that they are always looking out for my dogs best interest. Even through the pandemic I never felt worried leaving my dogs with them, I found it easier and less stressful for me and my dogs! I am giving three stars not because of the service, I have always had a good experience with the vets here. But the last time i was here I had to get my cat his vaccines, and I was interested in the paw plan as I am not made of money and was worried about the upfront cost of the vaccines. What i didn’t realize was that it’s a 12 MINIMUM. I feel a little misled and wasn’t fully informed on the now 500 dollars i will be paying. Should have just paid upfront instead.
