“Clean and Simple Cleaning was overall an acceptable experience. I wouldn’t say it was exceptional due to the few issues I encountered with them. However, they were quick to reach out and help resolve the issues however they could. The team that came to clean my home arrived on time and was very communicative. I was definitely appreciative of that due to the fact that I have experienced other cleaning companies just show up without notice… The cleaners were very kind, respectful of my belongings, and weren’t afraid to ask clarifying questions of cleaning needs for my home. So overall, those things were great as far as my experience. However, attention to detail could have been better. I had asked the cleaners to dust the lamp fixture in our spare bedroom again because it was not thoroughly cleaned. When I went back to check it after they had left, it did not even look like it was cleaned. Our shower also did not get as thoroughly cleaned as I feel it should have. We have built in shelves in our shower and the cleaners did not clean under the shampoo bottles to get the pink residue that often builds up in showers. I also had to remind the cleaners to take the garbages from our upstairs garbage bins in our spare room, as I had made sure to include it in the things I wanted done when setting the initial appointment with the sales rep. Lastly, the cleaner ended up warping my floor with the steam mop because they left it sitting plugged in getting hot. That was very frustrating, but Clean and Simple was willing to work this out with me and have been very cooperative. Overall, the job was done to minimum satisfactory.“
