I go here. Dentist and doctor are both awesome. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The reason why I think this place has bad reviews is because people typically want to write reviews for this type of place when they have a bad experience only, not usually when they have a good one. So here's a good one to offset the bad ones.

I have had good experiences with the dentists and dental hygienists here. They are friendly and caring. My last hygienist, Ms. A. Jung, was so patient and kind as I had to take breaks from opening my mouth due to jaw pain. She also took the time to show me how to brush my teeth better when she saw I wasn't getting one spot clean quite as well. The mouth guard I just got from here is surprisingly comfortable and perfect for my mouth. And their prices don't break the bank. I'm grateful.

This review is for the walk in side. So far I've had good experiences with the walk in clinic. Dr. Hutchins and Dr. Mcafee have both been knowledgeable, compassionate and easygoing and seem to both genuinely care about my condition. My only qualms I have was that the first time I came here I had a 2.5 hour wait. They may be short staffed which is totally understandable especially right now with COVID going on and all. The other issue I had was that when I had to leave a urine sample I had to carry the cup out into the waiting area with me. There is no metal door in the wall in bathroom for it. The receptionist that helped me I think her name was Diane or Deborah I can't remember sorry!! She was so kind and brought me an ice pack for my back when I needed it. There are no after visit summaries on paper. They are sent to email only. The MA called me after about 2 days with results so they do get back to people. My fiancée works in the medical field so I can understand that it takes a while to get back to patients. Trust me they are doing everything they can. Times are tough. The clinic was very clean and sanitary and they are following safety protocols strictly by screening at the door before check in. They are open 7 days a week most days til 7 pm.
