Some fence contractors want to charge you to take away any material that is excavated. Ron just sees it as part of the job. His crew even had to hack through some dense foliage on one side to get the fence through, including cutting into a good-sized tree! He keeps in close contact with the customer to give them updates on project status and what they are doing next. The clean up was beyond expectations! “EditI have been contacted by the owner and they have explained what's going on. They said they will schedule a fix.Everyone was kind and courteous through the whole process. I had a beautiful looking 8 foot fence. Now it's less than a year later. I contacted them in June due to having an issue with the fence. I did everything they told me to do including watering the fence to make sure it doesn't tweak. They sent someone out to check and could definitely see issues. They were supposed to schedule and fix. One day the called and said they had someone available that morning. No scheduling just a last minute thought.i was unable to. They sounded irritated. I could be wrong but It's now September and haven't heard anything since. I have issues along a few areas of my fence. A . couple posts that have twisted. I am tired of fighting for things to be done the right way. I am now wondering if this fence will even last the 20 years they said it would last.Services: Fence design“
