EditI have been contacted by the owner and they have explained what's going on. They said they will schedule a fix.Everyone was kind and courteous through the whole process. I had a beautiful looking 8 foot fence. Now it's less than a year later. I contacted them in June due to having an issue with the fence. I did everything they told me to do including watering the fence to make sure it doesn't tweak. They sent someone out to check and could definitely see issues. They were supposed to schedule and fix. I had American Built Fence come out and replace the gates on my existing wooden fence, as well as, build a small ramp for my dog. They were professional, courtesy, on time, and communication was great. Thanks for doing a great job!*****THEY DIDN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!Last summer American Built Fence did a great job on my gates and a ramp for my dog. Six months later, all the non-slip strips, on the ramp started to peel off. I called them and I was told the wood needed to be dry and that they would research how to repair them. We got several quotes for a cedar privacy fence and chose American Built Fences due to their communication, promptness and professionalism. We had a disagreement with our neighbors over our right to put a fence on our property and we felt entirely confident when Shane and Jeff were out installing the fence. They were courteous to the neighbors and took great care to stay on our property, which we really appreciated. Diana and Sandra are wonderful as well. They follow up when they say they will. Great experience and we will use them for all our fencing needs in the future! Our dog loves having a bigger yard :)Service: Wood fence installation
