“Josiah was very informative about the condition of my roof. He had pictures of the damage and explained why this damage occurred. Telling me about the damage did not convince me I needed a new roof. However, the pictures told the true story. The proof was there for me to see. Josiah also showed me a comparison of pricing in states near by so the final price did not surprise me. He also showed me the company product and I could see the quality was top notch. I was not looking to replace my roof at this time but I could see with my own eyes it was needed. “He arrived early! He was very informative and told us what issues may exist. The office forgot to tell him to bring the wash bib. It is also in the record. He will have to return to check why refrigerant is possibly low. I was surprised that these units don't last longer. 12 years seems to be very short.“
