He arrived early! He was very informative and told us what issues may exist. The office forgot to tell him to bring the wash bib. It is also in the record. He will have to return to check why refrigerant is possibly low. I was surprised that these units don't last longer. 12 years seems to be very short.

Kramer was very knowledgeable and very helpful and totally patient. I had a lot of questions which left me very satisfied with the answers that Kramer provided. Very friendly and down to earth kinda guy! Sunset Air Inc is very lucky to have him as one of their team member! Thank you!

Randy was great! We got our system serviced by another tech and thought we might have a potentially really expensive issue but Randy came out for a follow up and determined our system was fine. He really alleviated our stress.
