“Our kitchen sink backed up and the sinks in our master bathroom were draining really slowly, so I called Yelm Plumbing and Pumps. They were able to send a plumber out the same day. The company called to let me know when the plumber was on his way. When he arrived he put paper booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt in the house, which I appreciated. He fixed both the kitchen and bathroom sinks and left us with a product to use and put down our drains regularly to avoid the problem in the future (we're on a septic system). The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because they charge a $79 fee just to show up, and the total bill was nearly $500 for about 20 minutes of work which I thought was outrageous.“
