We had my bathroom remodeled, the contractor that we're using kept going back n forth on how certain items we've purchased will not fit our bathroom. I felt bad because I'm having to return and exchange a lot of items. But the staff here are very understanding, friendly and the return and exchange process goes smoothly. They even told me that i should be happy about the end result of getting the bathroom that i want instead of apologizing for returning items. I highly recommend this place.

Our clothes washer needed repairs. The shutting off and on the water supply caused a drip from the 15 year old faucets. I could have spent hours looking for the right washer (or bought a large assorted box, most i would never use) so I decided to replace the whole faucet with new. Apparently laundry water supply faucets have changed in the years since the house was built. Keller had two of the old style ones in inventory so a 1 for 1 swap would be easy. Problem solved!
