“My son has been receiving occupational therapy from Ms. Jacqueline for the past two years and I cannot recommend her services enough. When my son first started working with Ms. Jacqueline, he was struggling with behavioural and fine motor skills. This made tasks like holding a pencil, buttoning his shirt, and having control of his body difficult and frustrating for him. Over time and through consistent occupational therapy sessions, he has made major improvements in these areas and can now perform these tasks independently.Ms. Jacqueline has been instrumental in helping track my son's progress, setting achievable goals, and finding creative ways to make the therapy engaging and fun. My son actually looks forward to his therapy sessions! I appreciate Ms. Jacqueline's warmth, patience, and encouragement as she works with my son. Dr. Lundborg quickly diagnosed and promptly treated the issue I was having with my foot. My daughter is also a patient here and is very satisfied with the care she has received.“

“Everyone I've seen when I check in, are so pleasant ? The medical staff is also top notch! They all give me time to express what's going on with me (my body). They help facilitate my needs. “I first came to this Clinic three years ago after a car accident left me in so much pain I couldn't even lift my one-year-old daughter off the floor. I started seeing Kathleen Jardine and Dr. Amanda Eaton they are two wonderful practitioners. Amanda is a very skilled chiropractor she uses a gentle method and teaches you techniques to utilize and Aid your back and getting better. A different chiropractor I had been going to before her would simply crack Me 3 times and send me out the door. I feel Amanda worked better at listening and explaining how I could get better. By the time I was done with my treatments my back was better than it has ever been before the accident. Kathleen is a massage Therapist she is very skilled on working out trouble spots she listens to where your pain and problems are and works on those areas. and also teaches you exercises and stretches to relieve pain and increase Mobility. For many years before my accident. I had back pain that I had tolerated in my mid-back. the issues from my accident in my back were in my low back and high back. They explain to me they have to start from the bottom and work their way up to keep everything in line and working the way it should. I am happy to say it's been 3 years and it has not returned and I credit these two wonderful ladies and they're skillful for work. After hurting myself again recently during a home improvement project I have found myself back in this clinic and their skillful hands I am grateful they are there to help us there an asset to our community.“

“Had a great experience here recently - my partner woke up one day with horrible pain but no health insurance. We frantically searched for free/affordable same-day medical care and found this clinic. Left a voicemail Monday morning; got a callback around 2pm that day; got an appt for 6pm that same evening. Easy check-in, almost zero wait time, on-point diagnosis, and they sent him home with 3 meds (one of which he picked up at a local pharmacy for $20, the other two were free from the clinic). All told he paid $20 for excellent health care while his pain steadily improved within a few days. We didn't even need the follow-up appt. “I am taking a moment to leave a positive comment (not to air some perceived grievance), because I think KP deserves applause! I want to express my deep appreciation for the high quality of medical care that Kaiser Permanente offers, and then expertly delivers. I have a ridiculous number of health problems. Virtually every system is a mess, which means that I also have raging depression and anxiety, as a bonus. But Kaiser Permanente takes excellent care of me. I see a group of doctors, and each specialist is well-versed on the various conditions I have. Due to the efficiency of having my constantly-updated medical charts and prescription lists easily accessible to every specialty, each doctor participates in coordinated care, geared to my needs. Each takes into consideration what the other doctors are doing, before recommending changes that could have an adverse ripple effect. At KP, I am treated as a whole person, not just as the sum of my broken-down parts. I'm so very grateful to be treated there with respect and kindness. Just walking from one area to another, you see smiles and hear words of encouragement throughout the building! If you'd like to have skillful and respectful care, I can't recommend Kaiser Permanente high enough. It's easier to trust doctors who listen intently and then will explain options, rather than those who always seem to be in a rush. MY experience with KP has been that I'm made a part of the discussion before treatment decisions are made. Kaiser P doctors understand that patients should be informed enough to be able to weigh in on their options. I'm confident that my care has been guided by intelligence, diligence, and a genuine desire to help me. The doctors and therapists of Kaiser Permanente have repeatedly gone the extra mile in the pursuit of the best possible solutions. Getting coordinated care is everything to me, since I'm considered "medically fascinating." At KP, I feel seen and heard, which has not always been the case in the past. I love the clear, concise, easy-to-use patient portal. I can check on my lab tests, get added medical information, change appointments, or send and receive messages quickly and easily. I use the portal to contact Kaiser's mail-order pharmacy, requesting refills when it's convenient to me. It allows me to research any prescription, or to pose a question for either a pharmacy tech or a friendly pharmacist. Everything is delivered right to my door, without shipping costs and I can pay my portion online, too. In addition, Kaiser's patient portal allows me access to medical care, 24 hours a day, just by using my phone. I can choose to talk to a nurse, or an on-call doctor, immediately. For less urgent matters, I can schedule a virtual visit appointment, or choose to see a doctor at one of the convenient locations. The portal is secure and gives me far more privacy than going into a doctor's office, and trying to give personal info to a receptionist (without the fear of informing everyone in the waiting room, as well.) I hope I never have to change my health insurance again, because Kaiser Permanente has been an answer to my prayers. They're the BEST, because the doctors, nurses, assistants, techs and office staff etc. are warm and eager to help. So I am very grateful for the first-rate, personalized care I've been given, since switching insurance providers nearly 3 years ago. Thank you, Kaiser Permanente!“
