Took one look at the mailbox & said he wasn't going to charge the service fee, that I should take that money & buy a new mailbox. This one was flimsy & not worth the money to fix.If you look at the previous reviews, you'll see time & time again how many people call him honest and thorough. Not many businesses operate with this kind of ethical standard and it is so so refreshing and incredibly rare. “First, the guys at PI security were the only locksmith that were available when we could not get into our house at 10:30PM on a weeknight. They were out to us in 25 min and got us in. Second, they were able to come and complete a repair 3 days later on a Friday evening and get us secure again. Really strong customer service. They had us double check all the work and make sure we were satisfied. They also followed up the following day. I would do definitely work with them again.

Follow up - As a returning customer(now April/2024), we needed a lock addressed or the front door. They were able to fit us in same day and get the work done. Much appreciated.“
