Quick, helpful, efficient. Came within 10 minutes of initial call. Steve was professional, had all the tools, and made sure to leave our doorknob completely in tact. Thank goodness because we are renting and someone less experienced could’ve ruined our lock. It took Steve less than 30 minutes from time of call to a successful unlocking. Thanks Steve! We hope to never have to call again but if we do, we will certainly call you.
Steve is the go to guy if you ever lose your keys. I lost my 1975 Porsche 911 keys, I had a guy came and he couldn’t do it, the guy also broke my door handle trying to do the lock out kit. BUT after contacting lock patrols, Steve was very responsive, professional and just very experienced. Only took Steve about 30mins to open my vintage Porsche 911. Give him a call, VERY trustworthy.
