“Thank you Chermak Construction for doing an awesome job. Chermak was highly recommended by Dunn Lumber in Lynnwood, WA. I chose Chermak over four other contractors. I am so happy I decided to go with Chermak, they did a wonderful job with my bathroom remodeling project. Every detail was accounted for, they completed this project in a timely fashion, and at a fair and reasonable price. Thanks again to Chermak Construction and all that participated in making this project happen. I would not hesitate to hire them again.“

“MRM did a huge remodel for us - lifted the roof - added a bathroom and reconfigured our main floor. It is beautiful and we are so happy we did it and that we used MRM. Although they started later than we hoped, they finished under the timeline and under budget! Unbelievable. And they were very responsive and great to work with! Totally recommend.“
“I was blown away by how fantastic BUILT SQUARE was to work with on the major renovation of my tiny, awkward bathroom...so I hired them for a second, larger project! They then did a major renovation on my old kitchen and dining room. People go nuts when they see how beautiful and tasteful these spaces are now.Things that stood out about the quality of my experience with BUILT SQUARE on these two renovations:1. Fully included in design decisions and project goals.BUILT SQUARE clients are treated to regular, scheduled meetings with a design and materials expert and with the head of the construction team, who is a building and logistics expert. So great to have our team of three. They utilized their expertise to help me shape the design, explained the order of the process, taught me where to find finishes, provided progress updates. It's such a HUGE advantage to have experts show you visuals of the plans taking shape. Peter and Rick explained where we had degrees of freedom in design and where the existing infrastructure sets limits. They also were able to source hard-to-find pieces, like a teeny-tiny bathtub.2. Remodeling vision and expertise. When we looked at the space, envisioning what we could do, I was really impressed with the owner's understanding of what can and cannot be be changed structurally, his knowledge of how systems work in a house, how space can be made more efficient but also more beautiful. I learned a lot from Nathan in this process. He was able to translate my requests into potential plans and was able to ballpark the cost of each option so I could make decisions along the way.3. Outstanding quality of work. Each person did their piece of the puzzle with tremendous skill and care for the craft. They had the same desire for attention to detail that I do. Office staff are highly competent, everything is in order. BUILT SQUARE is top notch.3.5. Problem solving.Part of outstanding quality is knowing construction so well that you can figure out a way to create or fix things that are unusual. I had some requests that were funky and some tight or irregular spaces. I could see th BUILT SQUARE team really think hard about how something unusual could be accomplished (as long as it could be done very well.)4. Remarkably strong communicationMy team learned my tastes and my priorities. They expressed themselves clearly and kindly. They were honest if they had a suggestion that might work better. They were spot on time, always prepared. You know how rare all of this is, right??5. Built Square's responsiveness and professionalism. They were tuned-in to my project, eager to help if I needed something, quick to take action. Some construction companies take on too many jobs, but this was not my experience with BUILT SQUARE. My project never got lost in the shuffle. I was never treated as though a question or a request was a bother.6. Integrity, intelligence, sense of humor.Any construction project holds some surprises, both for the team and for the client. If anything shifted, I was always kept in the loop. I could not hope for brighter, more trustworthy collaborators who kept their senses of humor. Paperwork was always very professional and complete. It all just works!7. Killer outcomes!I have way more storage space, much better flow, higher quality work spaces, clever location of functions, gorgeous workmanship and materials. Both my tiny bathroom and my kitchen + dining room space are completely elevated.I have increased my property value substantially, but I am enjoying just living with the improvements BUILT SQUARE created for me.Services: Tile work installation“

“Sealevel is just finishing up our new bulkhead. We are so appreciative of the patience, kindness, and expertise of everyone that we have dealt with. The permit process is not for sissies and we would have given up if we had tried to attempt that on our own. Sealevel took care of everything and answered our questions promptly; every time.Craig, Dave, and their crews take pride in their work. We are very pleased and highly recommend Sealevel.“
“Great experience with All Vital. Project started on time and quality work. Would definetly use them again.“

“I love this guy! He works so hard and is a very honest man. He is simply the best plumber you will ever hire!“
“Green Life has been awesome to work with. They have gotten my grass/weeds under control and laid gravel on my side yard with some weed prevention fabric laid down. They are fast, efficient and worth the money! They also show up when they say they will, which is priceless. Will definitely be working with them for my future landscaping projects.“
“Kitsap Trident Homes, Justin Ingles and crew, recently completed the construction of our new home on Bainbridge Island. The construction was a challenge in so many ways, mainly because of the limitations and restrictions due to the small lot size and being high-bank waterfront. When we started the project it took over a year to find the right builder. We wanted someone we felt we could trust, who could fit our budget, was creative and resourceful without sacrificing quality, and someone easy to work with. Justin and his crew were all those and so much more. The work they do is meticulous. Every detail is well thought out. Not only could we trust and lean on them to make the right decisions on our behalf because we were so busy with work during the process, but they came up with countless ideas and suggestions that enhanced the home, yet magically within budget. Now after living in the home for 8 months we are still in awe with this amazing home we are living in that totally surpassed what we originally envisioned. There are so many more reasons why I would highly recommend them. To sum it up, Justin and his crew made the entire building process an enjoyable experience and exceeded our expectations.“
“We had a fantastic experience working with Seth and Annie at Kindred Construction. We hired them to do a kitchen remodel for us that included taking down some walls to use an adjacent bedroom to make our kitchen bigger and more open, as well as rebuilding an exterior wall to add a wall of windows and a sliding glass door, kitchen cabinet installation, flooring, interior doors/trimming for pantry, and building a large deck. All of the work was extremely high quality and professional. We planned a 3 month trip to be out of our house during the construction, so we were actually communicating with Seth from Mexico while he was working at/on our house. We felt super comfortable even being thousands of miles away, as Seth communicated regularly, sent extremely detailed and lengthy updates on the work each week with photos, and called and texted us whenever he wanted to run something by us. Seth is very honest and upfront about costs, what he recommends, what he does not recommend, and what the timeline and process looks like. He was always looking out for the best solution and recommendation and ensuring cost and time efficiency. Meeting him and getting a quote was a VERY different experience from other contractors we checked with, and it felt more like working with a trusted friend than a contractor. Everything was super transparent and clear from the start. Seth wants to do a top notch job and he does not cut any corners to ensure everything is up to code (and beyond) and looks seamless. Everyone has raved about our new kitchen and windows and our deck, and we are beyond happy. We would 100% work with Kindred Construction again and will recommend them to anyone.“
“Excellent work that has stood the test of time. Ken did the trim and cabinetry in our home a few decades ago, and it still looks amazing. Meticulous finish work.“
“We couldn't be more thrilled with the outdoor patio and retaining wall project that Ryan and his team from Riggins Construction completed for us. Despite the challenges of Seattle's fall weather, Ryan ensured that the entire process was as smooth as possible. From the initial consultation, Ryan's expertise shone through as he presented creative ideas that perfectly complemented our unique outdoor space. His knowledge and experience were evident every step of the way, making us feel confident in his abilities. The end result speaks for itself – our backyard is now transformed into a stunning extension of our home that exceeds our expectations. Ryan's attention to detail and dedication to delivering quality work are truly commendable. We couldn't be happier with the final project, and we highly recommend Ryan and Riggins Construction to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space.“
“RENOVA did a complete kitchen remodel for us with the addition of an island and cooktop. We couldn’t be happier with the results and, in general, the process of working with the team. Nick was great; he communicated each day, kept me in the loop on everything since I was gone most of the time due to work, sent videos and detailed photos, and addressed my concerns without delay. I could literally text him late in the evening after work, and he would call me back and answer all my questions within minutes, which really impressed me. I ordered everything through RENOVA, and they even threw in free tile for the backsplash. I really appreciate it, Nick! Great kitchen! I was so happy that it was such a hands-off process for me due to my busy schedule; I had nothing to worry about!“
“I had a recessed ceiling light quit working. Changing the LED 2-prong bulb did not fix the problem. I called Bowie and made an appointment. Tiffany came to the house on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and went to her truck to see if she had the part. She did have the part because Rick at Bowie had the foresight to include the potentially needed part in the truck, based solely on my earlier description of the problem over the phone. Problem fixed. It's good to work with the experienced and knowledgeable people at Bowie.“
“We had a great experience with Jordan and the team at Arrow North. Very professional and high quality work!! I would definitely recommend. They completely redid the kitchen in our 100 year old home, which had plenty of quirks to work around being a fairly cramped and strangely laid out space, and they handled all of the challenges of that smoothly and with great communication. It was my first time renovating and I am grateful that they made the process as easy and positive as they did. And I am thrilled with the end result!“
“Jim and his team are just phenomenal! I would not hesitate to hire them again! We discovered last September, through an unfortunate damp-wood termite incident, that we had a water damage problem in the wall of our master bedroom directly *below* the sliding door. I demolished the deck, (that was in need of rebuilding anyway,) in order to gain access to the siding below to assess the extent of the damage and found that it was, in fact, quite bad. (See pictures! ...it is estimated this was 8+ years of water-related rot.) I got it cleaned out, copper-greened, and covered in Tyvek for the winter so we could explore financing options. Fast forward to spring - We contacted Jim and a few other contractors in the area to get a bid. Jim provided us a very reasonable "materials + manhours" bid to repair the wall. It's spring, so they were about a month out on scheduling, but well within what I would expect for this kind of work from a contractor at this time of year. So fast forward to gig day - these dudes were in and out in mayyyyybe 2.5 days total, were incredibly professional, and did a bang up job of fixing this dang wall. (And for what it's worth - they had to build a retaining wall to hold up the floor, chip out the rot sections at a time, build support for sections they'd chipped out, and then replace with new timber. This was *not* a demo-and-go kind of gig.) I can't speak to other reviewer's experiences with Island Hammer, but mine was really fantastic. These dudes are on the level, and I would absolutely hire them again for any job big or small.Services: Exterior structural repairs“
“Great service and a great experience from a local company that cares. They have even come back to do more work and provide updates on new electrical codes.“
“Carlisle classic homes finished our 2nd story addition is Seattle earlier this year. Our house is an old craftsman with some interesting details such as coved ceilings, plaster walls, arched entrances, etc and we wanted to persevere what we could. We are so pleased with the outstanding quality of the work. Before construction our project manager Kevin was great at explaining the ever changing cost of materials and lead times during covid. He was always prompt at responding to our questions and recalculating estimates as we narrowed down the plans.During construction we had weekly meetings with Kevin and our superintendent, Both Jake and Kevin keep us informed and updated on the project. The builder trend app was great. We were able to see pictures, the schedule, and daily log of what was done. It was such a pleasure to work with them and know our house was in good hands. Even our neighbors informed us how nice both Kevin and Jake were during construction. Our project was completed within the estimated length of construction with no major delays. We are now back in our house and it is now our forever home. It’s simply perfect.I highly recommend Carlisle classic homes for your construction needs.“
“We had a small deck replaced and a cover installed and we couldn’t be happier. They kept on schedule and did an amazing job! We highly recommend them!“
